Accounting Module

The Accounting module is the foundation module that is the base of our ERP software. It helps you capture all financial transactions and produce all business performance reports.

General Ledger covers general ledger accounts, accounts receivables, and payables based on many chart of accounts templates and financial statements to suit local requirements.

Accounts Receivables includes customers ledger with aging analysis and reporting. CRM manages prospects and proposals until a prospect is successfully converted to a customer.

Accounts Payables includes suppliers ledger, supplier trial balance, purchasing history, and product pricing analysis. Supplier ledger and payables trial balance cover suppliers and freelancers.

Inventory Module

Inventory captures in and out stock movements and pricing so inventory stays accurate and linked to financial figures.

Inventory reporting covers stock performance, volumes traded, margins, customers, trends, pricing analysis, and proposal cost analysis.

Inventory control supports minimum and maximum quantities, supplier order integration, margin control, and warehouse operations.

AI-enhanced product presentation, smart recommendations, tagging, and classification can enrich product information for sales and procurement teams.

Human Resources Module

HR captures employee data for full-time, part-time, and daily working contracts.

It supports automated payroll, leave calculations, end of service, social security contribution, employee provisions, alerts, and approvals.

Employment Lifecycle Management captures new employee data from hiring until end of service, with alerts and notifications about deadlines and due tasks.

Payroll Management automates monthly, weekly, or daily payment sheets, including options for bank transfer instructions or payroll cheque printing.
